In addition, all pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in description or price, or error in your order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a credit to the original payment method.

Provided, however, you agree the Company has the right, at any time upon 60 calendar days’ written notice, to elect to submit any such dispute, claim, or controversy to binding arbitration in Kansas, before the Company files suit or within 60 calendars days of receiving written notice from the User of any such dispute, claim, or controversy. Any arbitration shall be before a single arbitrator and conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such arbitration, and the arbitrator shall have the authority to enter any remedy or relief that a court of competent jurisdiction is empowered to order or grant.
